A lens into breathing patterns

The breath as a lens into internal pattern.

A bridge to alignment in physiology and psychology.

This therapeutic breathwork technique acts as a lens into breathing rhythms and internal patterns. At times in life our systems are affected with stress, trauma and the pace of modern society. FBR may return you to more coherent optimisation patterns, nurturing internal tension in the body and mind, to open and co-regulate the nervous system. This "Conscious Connected Breathing" method is a bridge to alignment in physiology and psychology.

This breathing technique meets your body and mind, with breath activation, rest and relaxation, adaptable to modern life activities to maintain greater health, purpose and wellbeing.

The arc

Where the breath takes you.

Your internal connection to breathing patterns opens a sequence that unfolds across a session, and across a treatment plan.
